We had a great time visiting the Augusta Mall, just a quick shuttle away. The girls loved running around the shops and grabbing snacks from the food court. The hotel’s staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a relaxing stay.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities in the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. The service made a difference. The staff handed my son a tube of bubbles, which made his day. It was nice to see them change the TV to a kids' show during breakfast for my children. Little gestures can mean a lot, and I appreciated this attention. My partner and I traveled from Rome, and this mental note made us feel at home.
The stairwell door was loud, which disturbed our rest at times.

Highly recommend it for families traveling with kids!
The staff there treated us like family. I mean, when we came in, they were right there waiting to help, and the breakfast? Delicious and always fresh. My kids absolutely loved it!
It wasn’t the cheapest place around but still felt worth it for the comfort.

The stay was overall pleasant with a very clean room that had modern design touches and a cozy sofa. The breakfast offered a variety of choices though some items were slightly overcooked. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating an early check-in which was a nice perk. However, the noise from a basketball team made for a slightly restless night, but I managed with a white noise machine. Would recommend for a convenient stay!

The Hyatt Place in Augusta really felt welcoming when I arrived. The staff were friendly and made check-in smooth, despite a slight delay. My room was spacious and clean, and I loved the separate living area. The bed offered great support, and I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a nice variety, with plenty of hot items, although a couple of them were a bit overcooked. I enjoyed the pool area, but it was on the smaller side and I didn't get a chance to fully enjoy it. One big downside was the persistent odor in the lobby. it had a funky smell that lingered throughout my stay. Also, there were times when the Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating. All in all, it was a comfortable stay, but improvements with cleaning and Wi-Fi performance would make it much better.
